Our beer barrel

Dear guests, unfortunately we do not currently offer beer from wooden barrels!

Sometimes it’s best to be on the wrong track – when it comes to the full flavor, for example.

You can easily find out for yourself with a tangy pint of beer from our original Munich wooden barrel. This traditional natural barrel is still a masterpiece of brewing art today. It is painstakingly built by hand by the so-called Schefflermeister, carefully filled by the master brewer and finally cared for and looked after by us.

Because a wooden barrel like this needs special treatment so that it can develop its valuable inner values right down to the last head of foam.
